SUBMITTING ART FILES.

Files must be 150dpi or high in resolution in CMYK format / Jpegs and PDFs also accepted

Please size your art to the exact size you would need it printed

Include .125in bleed if you want to trim to the art

If your art is a custom size it will fall into the next largest print size

Include any special instructions about sizing / cutting / etc in the comments section

*Please keep in mind that the prints are printed in CMYK and are limited by that color palette. They will be at least 90% true to the color of the original artwork but we cannot hit neon colors (like highlighter pink or bright teal). We DO NOT offer color matching on our digital prints.



 

PAYMENT & PICK-UP.

Payment is due in full at time of the order. Please allow 24-48 hours for pick up. We do offer shipping for an additional charge. We also have a 24 hour pick up box located at our shop. Let us know if you'd like to pick up in the box and we will send you a 1 time code to use.



 

RETURNS & REFUNDS.

 While we attempt to print to your satisfaction, if we do not meet your expectations, we will reprint it until you are pleased.  Sorry, no refunds.
